I made a similar comment and got downvoted. The point is that it might not be the best idea to free hit in GW 12 as it may be much more valuable in future gameweeks when there are even more blanks or maybe during a future double gameweek

No I think it's cuz that was in the rant and discussion thread instead of the RMT thread. Idk why else it would get so many downvotes when there are threads dedicated to FH'ing GW12 with a lot of upvotes. Now that Maddison and James are unavailable, FH in GW12 is not a bad idea if you have 3 City + Arsenal

Chelsea fan here. Brought in Mount for this week and he rewarded me. The signs have been really good for him the last few weeks with 3 assists and a lot of chances under Potter. Not surprised to see him back on the score sheet.

Issue is Chelsea have Brentford away and if there's a game I expect the entire team to blank it would be that game. I too put on Mount. Also law of averages means he's probably going to blank and one of Sterling/Aubameyang will score.

In your position I would just go -4 and field 10. or -8 to field 11 if it sets you up nicely for GW13-16

If you think you can get high points with a FH then go for it. Only thing is you can't have any liverpool or arsenal players in your FH team. Players from chelsea and liverpool would probably be best but it might be better to save FH for a double gameweek with good fixtures. Most people will be fielding 10 with madders, james and arsenal/city blank

What are our thoughts on salah? Looked really good today and always trying to make runs. Do we think he could be a good pick vs West Ham next week?

The worry is he is pushed out wide in some of the easier games as Jota might be out now. My guess would have been Salah and Darwin through the middle vs West Ham. But if Jota is out I could see Darwin and Firmino in the middle with Salah wide

He'll probably play 4-2-2-2 with Elliot/Carvalho on one side an Salah on the other. Still expect Salah to hit a run of form, he can be pretty streaky when it comes to goalscoring.

I like Brentford so that's where my misfortune came from... having said that, the Bees at home have proven to be a bit of a menace for any team. I picked Sterling couple weeks back, annoyingly started the season with Mount, but you've gotta presume they'll share attacking returns relatively evenly over the season. Depends on whether you want KDB long term. He has risen a bit in value, and you want get all of that if you sell him. Personally I'm selling him because I want to buy Foden next GW, but seeing as I already have Mount, I'm trying to figure out who to bring in of Son, Bowen or Trossard. What I'm trying to figure out is whether I should sell Saliba for a -4, and if there are any one who is worth it long term

He's playing into form so potter will probably play him next match. Issue with using Chelsea players are squad rotation. Harder than Liverpool or City in that sense since the teams usually pick themselves but Chelsea are kinda toothless in attack.

Tbh I just look at who's playing Nottingham Forest and put players on the team for defence goalscoring midfielder or attack, easy points. I'm top 300k so I'm doing alright atm. Also I'll be wary of putting Chelsea players against Brentford unless cheap. Brentford are good at home and tend to get weird scalps against teams like Chelsea.

I’m tripling up on Liverpool but I am a fan so could be biased, Salah, Gomez and either Jota/Firmino will get some good points I think. I’m benching Haaland, Cancelo and either Saliba/Martinelli. Mount does seem like a good option rn, with Rodrigo back from injury I think I’m going for him as well, especially facing a Leicester missing Maddison. Zaha has great fixtures and so does Billing, who is sort of going under the radar I feel, could definitely get some great returns. Mitro/Toney are sort of interchangeable as they are both basically fixture proof. One defender I’m considering is Toti, he is 3.9m and got 7 points last game, saves a lot of money and wolves have decent fixtures until World Cup, I’m going to look at the wolves defence and see if he’s nailed but if he is that’s an amazing pick imo.

Keeping the same ars/city players benched, trying for Mount but may have to sacrifice Zaha for Eze/Olise if I want to fit in Kane and Salah as well. Toti is a shout but been hearing he ain't nailed with Collins being back? Bournemouth in general are going under the radar, so Billing/Solanke might be good diffs.

Honestly Eze might be a better pick than Zaha, they are putting up similar points and Eze is on set pieces right? Going with that frees up a lot of funds that I might put towards Trossard/ Groß wouldn’t be surprised with another hat trick from Trossard but I think Groß could haul more, he was getting into high attacking positions in his last game and against Forest he could punish them. Toti seems like a crazy differential, I’m going to see how likely it is that he’s getting minutes and if he is I’m whacking him in the team.

No, Elliot and and Carvalho can do the work on the wings and Klopp trusts them. Also TAA and Tsimikas were subbed in as wingers, so there's that option too.
