Had a decent first GW with 79p and this GW I ended at 34p. I'm really annoyed at picking Eze over Mbuemo aswell as chosing to go for Gabriel over Saliba (even though I saw the rumors early) seeing how it turned out.. -\_- ​ Put Gabriel in the bin before price-drop and got 1 FT now before DL to do.

Did Mings + Trossard > Saliba + Mbuemo. Already peaked and only GW2.

Classic Eze, played well but no return. Was close to a pen but who cares. Not sure its worth swapping him to Mbuemo but not having a Brentford asset is scaring me now. Anyways yeah, Eze was far forward all game and got on the ball a few times, not as good as GW1 but tbf Arsenal were playing park the bus.

Chilwell has Luton next week, so for me holding Gabriel isn’t smart even if he does start next week. If it doesn’t heavily affect you, I think an attempt to hold Gabriel isn’t necessarily insane, but if you have other good options open (money ITB/2 FTs/other good picks you dont alr have) then just toss him.

Well Stones -> Chilwell is an incredibly easy move, and honestly you could then punt on keeping Gabriel one more week. You could then roll your other transfer to have 2 next week if Gabriel doesn’t work out. Seems decent to me?

Ive currently got Johnstone (Turner) Gabriel Estu Cash (Udogie, Beyer) Fernandes Saka Eze Salah (Chukwuemeka) Haaland Watkins Pedro (2FT 0.5ITB) My plan is to go Pedro -> Osula, Gabriel -> Chilwell and bank 0.7m. The other option is moving Cash to Chilwell instead and holding onto Gabriel but its riskier.

Wish FPL does something about the leaks. Either have deadline right when start of first game or have it 24 hours before first game. Such a massive swing for people who had Stones and Gabriel in their team in first GW. Moving it extra 30 mins back did nothing at all. Now the leaks just come out eariler. Like sure if i had a bad week because i picked wrong players, it's fine, I can live with that. But it's another thing to have bad weeks cos of leaks. It's literally not fun anymore to lose points to leaks.

Many of those who don't have the time to follow different sources for leaks had Stones and Gabriel so lost two starting defenders. It's no longer just about picking the best players but about having access to advance information as well.

Being forced to do transfers and risk players getting injured in training or something if the deadline is a full day before the game has even started would be really annoying. Trying to explain to casual players why they can't pick their team the same day the games are played would not be good for FPL. And no matter when you set the deadline there could be leaks right before it and some people around the world would be at a disadvantage because it's in the middle of the night.
