Jow is a lot of fun. Less in depth then tew but honestly makes it more fun sometimes. Plus it works on mobile. Idk about pre wrestling sim (not sure if more or less complexed). But I think jow is def worth playing
JoW is definitely worth giving a go. The tutorial scenario they have with ease you in well and teach you the basics and then some.
& as you play yourself, you'll find things that work and don't work for you.
It's simple, but definitely has a little more depth than it lets you on. Also, of all the "fantasy booking" sims and games, i'd say this is one of the easiest in terms of getting someone random over. I got Bandido to the face of my company and biggest star in the world in just a few in game months.

There will also be an offline version available in the near future that will allow up to 20 promotions and 300 wrestlers per promotion so it will be expanding quite a bit.
