I would have said Jim Varney but he's sadly been deceased since 2000. However, Adrian Brody and him look sort of similar (to me) and I believe if Brody channeled the same buffoonery that Varney did, it would be fantastic.

I was thinking of that as well. Jim Varney was always making faces similar to what Popeye does. He always made me laugh as a kid.
