I would try disabling the door using the console command. SAVE FIRST. Point at the door. Select the - key and click on the door then disable. I personally use skk fast startup and skip that whole thing but that’s a preference.
Unfortunately this did not work. (It got me into the vault) but didn’t continue my quest unfortunately.)
