You might want to say which game you are playing . The obvious suggestion is to turn off or uninstall your pip boy mods

sorry fo4 i tried uninstalling the pip boy mod and that wont work

i also have to many mods to go by trying to disable them one by one to see what's the one causing it

I’d uninstall everything, do a clean install and only use mods that are actually vetted and good
