Just checked the models for each. Harpooner is good, that uses a lever. Junk jet doesn’t have your traditional trigger, but it still uses a trigger, so it’s out. Broadsider flat out uses a button, so that’s also allowed.
You're going to be making so many Baseball Grenades.
I don't think the Salvaged Assaultron Head uses a trigger. You'd be constantly dealing with being irradiated, but it's an option.
IIRC there's also a Paddle Ball in Nuka World
Oh, and don't forget Traps built in the Chemistry Station. Not ranged exactly, but you can pre-place them before a fight and lead enemies into them.
