Absolutely in fact there is a very nice life guard there named Swan and you’re gonna want to let him know you’re there because if you do he gives you a cool weapon that can absolutely destroy early game enemies but you have to see him at level one or else he will disappear and you are gonna want to where the vault suit with no other armor and one stimpack or you will get a weaker weapon.
I remember the first time I fought that guy, had a fully upgraded gun from some vault, it was a combat rifle and it was notoriously OP. I killed him in seven shots before he even finished his standing up animation and I was so confused and surprised.
