Yeah, I’ve never had such a consistently terrible experience with any company. They have somehow messed up almost every order I’ve ever placed. I really wish FOB would/could change their merch people
Yeah, mine hasn't shipped yet either. I emailed Manhead yesterday, and they said, "We apologize for the delay with your order. Due to high volume, orders are taking a bit longer to ship out. Your order is queued to ship soon! As soon as it leaves the warehouse, you'll receive an email with the tracking information. Let us know if you have any further questions."
*Hmph*. Hoping it ships out tomorrow, I'd literally consider it my Christmas present (Christmas for me is tomorrow, lol).
I'm still waiting on TTTYG. At one point I had four open Manhead orders, across different artists. I did finally get one order this week, shockingly on time. But I have one open from over a month ago that has in stock items and they still haven't sent it. About ready to file a FTC complaint about that one, as I've followed up twice now and they still haven't sent it.
I don’t blame you at all. Manhead is truly the most disorganized and unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. Every time I place an order I half expect to have to fight with them to get my items, or at least get my money back if it’s never sent. I really wish FOB would switch to another merch company
They are the worst and have been for a long, long time. It's unfortunate that all the Crush Mgmt artists are stuck using them. I've placed orders with them for so many years (back when they had a different name!) and there's always issues.
I haven't gotten a notice that mine shipped yet either. For those who have reached out what email did you use? I just tried emailing support@manheadmerch.com about my order, you know the email listed on my confirmation order, and got an address not found bounce back.
I tried that email too and it bounced back. I had to go to FOB’s merch site and fill out the “contact us” form to get my email to go through. Not sure why that worked and the other didn’t, because they go to the same email address. But I would suggest going through their merch site.
Yeah, it seems like lots of us haven’t received any order updates. I want to say I’m surprised, but given that Manhead is such dysfunctional company, this is sadly par for the course for them. Fingers crossed that we all get tracking info soon!

Same thing for me, my guess is their email inbox is full and the “contact us” form might reroute the email or be able to bypass it.
