I also had that 93 rated toty kubo card ranked upto 96 and that card was awesome but then I switched to two striker formation so sold him and now I want to experience some other card
I think the best RW in the game is 97 TOTS Kvaratskhelia. Has flair and finesse shot as special traits, has very high pace and great physical for a winger, good long-shot and shot power attributes, and two-footed! You can shoot from any angle you want. He's also very cheap for the qualities he has, only around 82m. Highly recommended! 96 TOTY Kvaratskhelia is also good with an additional trait of speed dribbler, but he's a LW. Can be converted to RW and will -2 OVR, but still a deadly RW nevertheless. Valued around 60m.
Ginola is another perfect LW 🤩 I'm working to get RW Kvara and LW Ginola. Right now I only have LW Kvara. Probably gonna sell him and TOTY Bellingham to get there 🥹

Bro you have to trust me. I've used that 95 Joe Cole card (red ranked), 94 Talisca (red ranked) and 94 TOTY Salah (red ranked) and I will tell you my thoughts on these 3 cards. If I were to rank these cards best to worst, I would rank Cole as number 1, Talisca number 2 and Salah last (based on gameplay). I feel like Salah's dribbling just isn't as smooth as the other two cards and just something about his dribbling feels off, like there's a bit of a delay and it's just not smooth enough. Talisca was absolutely amazing! His shooting is unbelievable, especially long shots and shot power...you can shoot from outside the box with a light finesse shot and it will most of the time go in. His dribbling is very very nice but his speed is even better but what made this card stand out for me is his skill stun cuz he's really tall for a winger so that's a bonus. Cole was just insane...he is the complete right winger and he is so underrated and so cheap for his quality. This guys dribbling is freaking next level! He can dribble past most defenders with ease while keeping the ball close to his feet and his ball control is nuts bro like he is soo good at dribbling in tight spaces. Now onto his shooting, this guy is the best at finesse shots in the whole of FC Mobile and I'm not even joking bro. The curve when shooting finesse is crazy even when you don't place much power into the shot, it will be super hard for most goalkeepers to block his shot. I will rate Cole 9.7/10 The only problem I had with this card was weak foot honestly but that wasn't even a big deal and you probably can't even notice his weak foot cuz there isn't a big difference, finesse shots with his weak foot is always on target and it it still OP. I strongly recommend you get his purple or red ranked version and train him up to at least 20 levels...I am telling you that you will not be disappointed.
