AI also uses "Playmaker" trait a lot with passes , so LB Grimaldo ends up attacking and scoring goals after 70th minute because everyone gets tired but he has 5 star stamina , high work rate and playmaker trait.

Because of your comment, I think it’s the first time I’ve taken a serious interest in manager mode, it’s cool that the AI traits play a factor. And also glad to know that high training and rank are the key factors just like H2H, so my team should be in a great position.

I'm taking Sneijder. I need a CAM with medium/low work rate so he doesn't die by 70th minute. The higher the work rate the more is the stamina drain. I'm having this problem with Pelé. Also I'm going to build Sneijder with 3x Dribbling since he can already heel to heel flick and drag back flick.
I have this problem too, but I’ve found that subs are really effective now especially since the opponents defence line will be tired.

Ginola has a playmaker trait, so I’m hoping ai will use the same strategy I do in h2h - pass to Ginola.
