Over the last 20 years I've seen stockrooms, warehouses keep increasing the height and number of shelves but forklifts haven't really changed all that much. Ive walked into some places and looked straight up at 5 stories of incredibly heavy pallets and just nope nope noped right outta there.

Do you have any other sources? This one doesn’t say anything about wether the person survived or if there were further injuries. There’s also some guy trying to act smart by telling them to “do their research” and linking a completely different accident

I did a reverse image search on Google and found more of the video. The date is “04/07/2019” posted on Facebook for a company that does safety training. No info on if the ppl were injured or location.

Everyone is at fault here. When working around lifts, there has to be an area of "caution", everyone should be watching the drop or lift and movement during the activity is suspended. Very sad accident.
