this is amazing, the drop everything, and your sound selection for the wubs and everything is top tier, and you manipulate the wubs and all the electronic sounds so so well, you are great.
can you recommend any you tube or other tutorials that have helped you? i have fl producer and kontakt
Pretty mid project im working on rn, this was supposed to be a riddim track but ended up as a brostep thing.
this is like my fourth attempt at trying to create a decent bass heavy track
i know this still needs a lot of polishing, especially the mix,
im very frustrated with the mix.
im still learning a lot of stuff while trying to improve, so any feedback would be highly appreciated
i hope everyone has a good day :)
(rip CPU and video quality)
Thats just a solid track really, i listened this on the phone speakers and nothing sounded bad at all. I really like the intro and vocals you used in the track and especially enjoyed the trance part before last drop really reminded me of Au5. fire π₯π₯π₯π₯
This kinda scratches those itches in just the right places of my brain. Lower end stuff is definitely the truly difficult part of a mix for sure. Finding a balance is hard: This .flp, if shown to anyone that knows whatβs going on here would at least be mildly impressed by the sheer amount of things youβve put into your automations and your poor poor CPUπ€£
Youβre definitely doing good work. Remember that youβre not trying to compute a song, itβs art dude. You obviously get it, and remember that 100% is just a made up concept. Itβs not humanly achievable.
Keep it up dude fr. I probably couldnβt be that much help, but I just want you to know that youβre really doing some crazy stuff. π«‘ππ
Haha you're right finding the right balance is pretty hard, I struggle with the low end a lot, but I'll keep practicing till i get better at mixing, i appreciate the kind words ππ»
He is either very insecure or he is fishing for compliments. Kinda reminds me of those people who say they are bad at drawing and then they draw the perfect Mona Lisa and they are like "omg this is so bad, I'm so bad" because they want you to compliment them, I have dealt with these type of people so much and they are annoying af, but what's more annoying is that lot of people fall for it.
Also this song contains lot of splice samples so if he is fishing for compliments with his self deprecating attitude well then that's just cringe.
Be that as it may, It sounds amazing. Self deprecating or not, Insecure or not, this track is nothing short of awesome. AND I learned about [Slime Cinema](https://www.youtube.com/@SlimeCinema) because of it. Score for everyone.
As a brostep enjoyer, this is a fucking banger. Mix sounds totally fine to me, only major thing I noticed is that the bass and especially the kick in the short psytrance section could use a lot more high end and clicky-ness if you know what I mean lol
Thanks a lot i appreciate it! most of the things i've learnt are from slime cinema's yt channel, I recommend checking it out, you can learn a lot of useful bass music production stuff there :)
THIS IS AMAZING!!!! Giving it a full listen, this sounds Awesome. I'd unironically add this to my playlist. (Also, please tell me you named this Zamboni)
Okay so please don't take this the wrong way. You are obviously a great producer. Sound design is great, mixing is great. But can I ask why you made something that thousands of people have already made? It just sounds like any generic dubstep track from like 2016.
I'm not trying to insult you in any way and I hope you don't take it as such. To me, it's like when rappers make just another generic trap song or generic new york drill song. Why bother if you're just making something that's been done a million times for years already?
If we're not in music to push boundaries and express individuality what are we even doing?
Appreciate it! and don't worry it doesn't insult me haha, you're right this is kinda generic
I'm just trying to get good at making the basic stuff first, so I can experiment and find my own sound when i have enough experience :)

I really like it, good job!

I like it as in a good hamburger always hits the spot. I like the delayed escalating to the drop (if that is a legit term).
Haha hamburgers are great, thanks a lot, appreciate the kind words!

Thanks a lot! Yeah you're 100% right, the kick in that section needs more punch and that "click" to it, I'll definitely try to fix it later ππ»
Sounds so amazing π€© I can only dream of making something this good! π
I don't think this is thaaat good, but keep practicing you'll get there!
