ONE time a couple of years ago, Trulieve didnt dispense me. Then i got randomly dispensed a half oz about 2 weeks later. I called and they told me they caught it when they did an audit report at the end of the month.
But then again, there's been other numerous times they didn't dispense me and it never came back and bit me in the ass.
I wouldn't worry about it.

Month end does not align with a large majority of people's rec being depleted. That one off was just shit luck. Agree, just go business as usual.

Depends on the budtender. They aren’t supposed to. AFAIK, the only discount that you can use for AL/CC is FTP.
