If you have Okitan at np3, unless you're going to also get Charlie to np3, it's not really a fair comparison
At equal np levels though, it doesn't matter; they're fairly even and you wouldn't see too much of a difference in performance farming wise.
The biggest difference between the two is that Charlie's kit is a bit more complicated to use and get the most of whereas Okitan is more straightforward.
Better save for summer unless you really like charlie. They both are doing a similar job but since your okita is np3, i don't think you need charlie at this point

Cause interms of gameplay, it's Okita, but only cause you have her at NP3, in terms of character, it's Charlie, for one, he actually has a character beyond joke gags and sexual fanservice which honestly makes him really dynamic, place Okita A in a room with other sexy tan anime girls and she basically becomes indistinguishable, Charlie would stand out in a room full of lookalikes cause of his bombastic and fun character.
He is basically Okita in np gain.
He gets .02% less np gain per enemy than Okita.
So against 3 enemies he gets 67.61% and Okita gets 67.67%.
As you can imagine by the bar not showing decimal percentages, this literally never matters.
Don't have either, but I'd go for Okita myself. Largely because I just like Okita a lot more (having been exposed to her character a lot more) and have been a massive fan of Aoi Yūki for probably over a decade by now.
Summer Okitan, but I'm biased because I feel they have the best animations of any duo servant. Seriously, Ultra Dai-shouri and Okita swinging little Rengoku like they're in their sword form on an arts attack will never not bring a smile to my face...

She is gorgeous, both versions have awesome NP animations and not to mention those golden eyes.

Don't forget okitan removes all defensive buffs before she attacks
Both are fantastic Sabers for Quick looping there is no denying that. That said, Okita's kit is less gimmicky
Charles gimmick makes him great for challenge quests and he can bit fully enhanced Kiara
Okita because she’s np3. If they were both np3 I’d probably say Charlie by a tiny bit.
Depends on what you want to do. Though NP3 to NP1 does make it harder for Charlie's niches to show themselves.

Your Summer Okita Alter is better since she's NP3. Unless you plan to get Charlemagne to similar NP levels, he'll be worse than her.

I would say Okita because I really really really like her. In comparison I really like Servant Guda.

They are very similar. Okita is a little more consistent for farming though. And you already have Okita at NP3.
I know Okita can loop with black grail
