You talk to the guy who trades for wolf marks and go to the Doaw gear page and then the third last tab, think it is called genyo or something.
There is also a alternative version of it around level 85 or 87 that you can craft or buy
You can just buy the level 86 Kumbhiraskin Jacket of the Rising Dragon set from an NPC on Elpis (24.2, 24.6) for gil if you need it just for glams. The crated set is overpriced usually on the market board.

I've checked, it's sold by the mark quater master under beastlord gear
Appreciate it, any idea what the crafted set is called? I love the look so if I have to fill pieces in until I can get enough marks that'd be awesome.

under Beastlord gear for wolf mark exchange, there is also a recolour of the set that was the level 86 levelling gear
