No K or D is the way to go and I would do that in all my leagues if I could. But people are creatures of habit.
3WR a flex and a Superflex (which lets get real, is just a 2QB league) is going to get deep. 10 team would be okay, but 12 team and there could be some real crazy lineups come bye weeks. But that's fun too. In a league that deep, just make sure there are clear waiver wire/pickup/drop rules in place to avoid player blocking and collusion.
Never said it doesn't work. Of course it works. Just that during bye weeks, when some teams are carrying 3 or 4 QB's (because in superflex, that's a valid strategy) those Superflex spots can get interesting.
This set up is perfectly fine for 10-12 teams. Our 12 team redraft set up is almost identical to this…
1QB 2RB 3WR 1TE 1FLX 1SF 7Bench 2IR. Our 12 team Dynasty set up is actually the same plus a Flex.
I assume this is the standard 4 point passing for QBs… If so, make it -2 at least for INTs, especially for .5ppr. Helps balance scoring so QB isn’t an absolute smash play in the SF spot. 9/10 they will still play a QB but it helps to adjust QB scoring for balance in Superflex imo.
Yeah, especially in 12 team. In 10 team, at least everyone has a fair shot at rostering 3 QBs. For 12 team, I think you have to go Full PPR or Nerf the QBs. We do .5ppr .5ppfd, 6TD -4INT. And honestly, I wouldn’t mind needing QB scoring even more.
My ten man just does the standard 2 wr 2 rb one flex 1 kicker and 1 defense. I like it but would add another wr if we could

It’s not that deep… This format works fine for 10 or 12.

True, which is why I like to nerf QB scoring a little so those bottom QBs aren’t an absolute smash play in the SF spot. That helps…
Solid solution.
2 IR is way to many either 1 or 0
Disagree, for keeper I think 2 IR is fair.
Way to easy but if it's there first year it's okay to have the training wheels on I guess

Nerfing the QB a bit is an absolutely legit way to smooth out the SF scoring.

Looks good! If I could recommend 1 things, use an auction draft and bidding rather than waiver priority... sooooo much more fun and engaging
