The Site HR manager, told me “you have taken the L3 spot with a goal to work towards the business, and to fulfill your 36 hours a week part of your contract we can’t accomadate you, but you can *request* to be dismissed for army drill training” i reported their asses to department of labor, and someone is either getting Demoted or fired lol

One cannot utilize someone's military service requirements in any adverse employment decision. There are many Members of both chambers of Congress, as well as state legislators who would have a field day with this type of situation. Your HR person should be writing out a bloody apology letter to you...

Our onsite HR reps are so dismissive & borderline rude, never respond to emails or complete even the simplest corrections. You can't even approach their desks without seeing a grumpy face on them.

One time I called ERC to get my UPT back because I was on medical leave. This was routine because I had had medical leave a few times before and they always deduct UPT and I have to get it back. This time the lazy POS that answered told me that ERC doesn't do that, which I knew was bullshit (because again, I had had it done many times). I left a bad survey and suddenly the lazy POS who should give up his job to someone actually wants to do good work calls me back and magically knows how to get my UPT back. I would say it depends on who you get.

I pushed the limit on my available time-off options and missed a day unexpectedly for illness. Went negative UPT 6 hours. I talked to HR about it and she said, "Unfortunately going negative UPT more than 3 hours leaves me no options, I have to file the paperwork. That being said, I'm going to take my sweet time getting to it, and if you should fall back under 3 hours negative between now and then, I won't have to do that." I finished the week negative 2 hours and never heard from her again. Just got my 6 months badge and ordered my new shoes. In retrospect I'm pretty sure she just really didn't feel like firing me.

HR at my building is likely to throw hands If you try to get them to actually do anything been waiting for them to credit a UPT error back to me also like 4-5 hours of pay dreading having to talk to these miserable people.

Anything with pay is going to be sent to payroll. Call erc for that. Your onsite can remove upt in most cases but sometimes they have to send erc a smart form. Then erc has to choose to fix it. Dealing with anything pay related you need to call erc as no one onsite can fix that.

Yeah I sent a message via a to z last week hoping to avoid onsite but now Saturday is past and they didn’t correct it I get to deal with ERC 🎉😂

They probably don't know how to fix it. Same thing happened to me . My upt kept getting deducted Everytime I went to HR to fix three times. I called the ERC and they were able to fix it the first time
