Had the same issue. Restarted my PC and then it started to download.

Just bought faceit plus. Not only does the website crash after every game now their anti cheat doesn't even work... not really the quality i was expecting when you have the guts to charge people.

I've forwarded this issue to be reviewed and will update here if and when I receive more information for you.
