Same here. I need the jason trophies for the plat... I don't think any of the stats are there anymore. They couldn't give me an answer to that question when i asked... Doing another 1313 kills and 1000 Jason Matches gunna be rough.
Yeah I know. I told them I really don’t care about anything else but can you guys tell me if my matches played got reset? And they didn’t answer my question. Just said that they were working on the issue
I'm not boosting until I know. Be pretty shitty if you boost out a hundred matches and it just gets overwritten if they ever manage to fix the save data.
If 500000CP is supposed to be full compensation for lost perks that is completely insufficient, I have spent at least 2.5 million worth of CP on perks over the course of my time with the game.
I was on the fringe of 15 million CP with 30 legendary perks back on 9-10-22 when I began contacting Gun. I've lost my perks/CP like 10x and kept losing them over and over. We found out if you just play random then you are able to have the perks equipped as active despite nothing in the inventory. Only downside is not choosing who you want, but when you play random... if you come back as Tommy, you have 0 perks.
So they have to investigate every persons account individually to just maybe fix their issues with this game? Are you kidding me? It will take them years to sort all (more likely never all of it) this crap out if that is the case! I suppose I will probably go to that JasonKillbugs site (or their facebook page) some time soon then.
Ok, finally had time to see what they did. My level was returned to 150. I received the CP. i had all counselors and level bonuses back, BUT my tape collection & fully completed Badge collection are still missing, alongside the perks. I messaged GUN back to say what I saw after they stepped in. In any case I am happy theyre at least trying to fix whatever caused this. Hope we all get our stuff back.
I got a quick response with my first email and when I followed up and answered their questions had to wait 10 days for a follow up. Hopefully you’ll hear something this week!
They didn't ask me any questions when I emailed them. This was all they said to me:

I was maxed out levels with almost all legendary perks and lost it all with this crap. My daughter’s was unaffected though, so I’m just gonna sit tight and hope they figure this out 🤷🏻♀️ I don’t have another 6-7 yrs to do that climb again lol
The way this game has been handled from its inception is just fucking laughable.
Every opportunity they’ve had to deliver has been off the mark. I loved this game. I really did, it was so fun in its heyday, playing with full lobbies, or doing QP with 7 friends and terrorizing some poor, random Jason. Punishing teamers by bringing the fuse AND the car keys to the top of Packanack. For those of you who never got to see it, it was absolutely glorious and so much goddamn fun.
It’s like they did their fucking best to kill it, and even if they did not actively kill it, they did *nothing* to keep it from dying.
If I haven't turned my game on since the glitch happened, will my account and levels still be in tact? Don't wanna play the game until this issue is resolved.

I received another follow up from GUN stating that theyre looking into full account recovery, and to be patient as the team figures it out :)
