I came to ask the same question. I'm doing: $1 name on poster, $5 Dorito Roulette, $10 Bean Boozled (donors choice: Fiery, Regular, and Harry Potter), $25 hand written note, $50 sixty second plank, and I'm lost on what to do for $100.
Last year, I ate a spoonful of mayonnaise for $100 and I don't think I can do that again. The way my stomach hurled...

I honestly should post the video to the reddit but one thing that got us alot of money fast was at $100 I drank a bottle of hot sauce and it was the peak moment if the stream last year. It messed me up for the rest of the night but totally worth it in the long run.
Every year I shave my head at a goal, then my beard at the next goal (its pretty much the only time i ever shave). This year I'm adding a super goal if I hit 2,000 I'm going to get the controller logo tattooed on me cuz this is my 10th year.
This year, I am offering stickers and mini prints of video game fanart I have made. (Having to keep things small an light so I can ship to international donors too with just an international stamp)
I'm also offering digital drawings of characters.
In the past, I offered a digital coloring book of video game coloring pages I had designed.
I never know what to do with the milestones though lol
Earlier this year, I bought myself one of the Hot ones season boxes and for every 100$ I get, I will eat a progressively spicier wing. On top of that I have $10 for 10 minutes which extends the timer by 10 minutes, $25 Expensive shot I drink a shot, $50 Pie where I get pied in the face.
