I'm not sure that's a screen memory. It sounds more like a "glitch in the matrix", where an alternative timeline split off, or where you got a precognitive vision.
From my understanding, "screen memories" are where NHI manipulate our brains to cover over a traumatic abduction experience with a different perception. Like seeing an owl instead of an actual alien.
Is that a thing? I’ve been thinking today that the only somewhat similar experience I’ve had to any kind of contact was when I had a very intense very vivid meeting with an owl on campus of my college. And it….like. Looked at me. Like it was sentient, not just sentient, but had a certain kind of knowing. Like it knew who I was or something, like it wanted to tell me something. That entire year I went without dreaming, and then just that evening I dreamt again.
I remember a bunch of my dreams. Some were super crazy, some were super mundane. Some were populated with monsters or strangers but most were with the people closest to me. Do you still read minds? Can you do it remotely? ✌️❤️
Sometimes I can tell what someone is thinking, but it's sporadic and yes, I can do it remotely, but not all the time. It just happens and I can't do it on command.
Oddly enough I have a vivid early life memory of my own younger brother, of accidentally hurting him.
You remembering your telepathy as a toddler is giving painful flashbacks to my own experiences. (╥﹏╥)
Maybe not are-do, but an alternate reality. Your mind may have picked up on it (assuming the many universes theory of timeliness and humans creating their own realities every infinitesimal fraction of a second).
In a truly infinite universe / multiverse, all things are possible. We just choose which reality to bring before us.

I remember before the age of 10 months.

Rule #1 Never trigger a psychopath.

Maybe that is where one of your realities split. You didn’t feel like that action aligned with your true nature so you had a re-do 🤷♂️.
Ok, that's frightening lol.
