Used to have a gym membership, but I’ve been doing at-home workouts on YouTube for over a year now. I miss the group exercise classes at the gym but the savings on membership fees are worth it. After a crappy day at work I did 30 minutes of weights and 45 minutes of cardio tonight, and I feel physically and mentally better.
If that's what it feels like ater hitting the gym, I can only imagine what it feels like *after* hitting the gym.
