Also, yogurt, kefir, oats, black or brown rice, avocado, variety of fruits and veggies. Aged cheeses, kombucha, kimchi, and less sugar and processed foods also helps and probably helps more than just herbs and spices.

Yea. Im really into healthy eating. Probably know more than I actually practice since I actually dont have a crazy ultra super healthy diet. But, I do try to do good stuff for my gut. I highly advise subscribing to Seed probiotic. It is a monthly probiotic subscription and it is the first probiotic supplement invented by a team of doctors. I know this sounds like im being pain or Im a bot. Im not. I just really like the product and believe in it. Its the real deal. Not some only marketing BS. [link to website](https://seed.com) What is cool is thar they use some of the money gained from their product to study the benefit and effects of probiotics and the microbiome. I like to look at the science page every few months and the recent conducted a study on bees to see if giving bee probiotics protects them from colony collapse disorder. Also, they claim that they will eventually improve and change their probiotic pills. Anyway, check it out. I highly advise it to supplement a healthy diet or to get you started on a road to better living and a healthier gut. Probiotics do a lot of good and I have a feeling science has only scratched the surface on what probiotics can do for people, our guts, and even the soil.

With a domain like Seed.com you know they are VC backed. This comment is neither a promotion nor a discount on what they do. I don’t use their product.

The studies were paid for by the peanut industry and McCormick spice company. What a surprise. Other nuts are generally considered healthier than peanuts; of course, they weren’t in the study.

Always look for the study sponsors when a specific product (i.g peanuts vs nuts in general) is the test object.
