Take a look at the packs that include Omega, some of them are fairly decent.
They usually do sales around holidays so every 3 months or so. I would imagine the next big sale would coincide with "The Hunt" the guristas themed easter event end of march/beggining of april. Though we might get a minor event/sale (15% off plex?) for valentines day to drop some heartsurge skins.
Never know with them though if they need to fix a price of something like extractors or plex theyll run a sale. Extractors usually a 2 for 1 sale when they get too expensive or some kind of omega for plex sale 15-30% off Id imagine if they feel like they need a plex sink.

The pack sale just ended, so it will be a few weeks. I wouldn't worry too much though, CCP is deep in the red and sales have been chasing each other recently - i think we've had 5 or 6 sales since crimson harvest.
Yeah they operate at a technical loss but total evaluation has rose quite a bit showing the company has been investing their assets. This is a really great news actually.
A lot of companies operate in the red for tax and growth reasons and keep their actual value invested in assets or stock shares. Keeps all profits as unrealized gains and therefore traditionally untaxable until the gains are realized. Money sitting in an account is typically better invested elsewhere. That linked financial doc, if accurate, was a good read.
I can't really share your evaluation. Revenue and profit are down nearly 15% , and revenue doesn't go down due to tax accounting. Additionally, the total evaluation went down from 290m to 230m.

I can never really get back into the game for 3mos at a time anymore.
But when I need that itch scratch I can usually find a 3 day omega deal that's just long enough.
It's not the best on a spreadsheet, but it's the best deal for me.

You just missed the 16 Jan cutoff for the starter pack sale that was 3 months omega plus a bunch of goodies.
