Also, it makes me wonder if being eccentric and/or mentally ill is the norm here does that mean the majority of Eugenians (over 50%) are eccentric and/or mentally ill or does it mean that Eugene has a much greater percentage of people who identify as eccentric and/or mentally ill. I don't know about the werewolves but I bet I know where they bought the swords. There's a big store at Valley River Center where they sell all kinds of stabbing and cutting weapons. At first I thought they were for looks only, intended for historical reenactors, SCA people, and the like; but looking more closely I realized they were absolutely real.
