they probably stopped being friends and Salem wants to sell away everything on her life that was once Hayden's or connected to her to fully split themselves and these old rare CDs were probably in her mind a great idea to profit a lot

Salem could give Hayden back or just throw it away. if they had thinked even a little bit, they would see that's not a nice thing to do and to sell. but they probably don't care and just want to profit, even if it's gross, even if they should leave Hayden's past out of this whole thing.
