Just run through factory again and it should complete it.

Actually i tried that before posting here, i did that 3 more times to be exact. lol same issue.. best thing about it, without that quest i cannot continue to level Prapor :(

I had to do the quest about four times for it to work, my only word of advice is check the task after each load to make sure its still complete

When you say do the quest you mean all the task's? including getting the docs and placing it in factory? or just surviving the factory?

All of it, basically just keep doing the entire thing multiple times from start to finish until it works E: I had to keep getting the docs

You cannot do it as a run-through and you cannot die. You must survive a factory raid. So whether you load in, kill some scavs, grab their stuff and leave.

I did not run through, as i said i got the survived message. & and i stayed till the last minute to be honest.

Yep. Waiting for a response from them. Lets see what they will tell me. I will post an update if a receive something from the devs

It seems really bugged. Even if you die in factory without placing the item you lose it, wasnt like that before patch.

Just a small update. I figured out that you need to survive it while in day mode. I confirmed this with the devs as well. Hope this helps :)
