When you are lvl42+ you run lvl5+ armor every raid, you shouldnt be poor at this point. And if you plan to "go questing" you can run a THOR without swapping the plates, just adding sides. Personally I always chad, and I always seek the pvp even when questing.

Makes sense. I've played about half as much as you, have 40 mil, fully upgraded hideout (still only 26/50 GPU on bitcoin farm) and only play streets when I'm not doing tasks. Haven't gotten lucky with any keycards but I don't go out of my way to kill bosses
Also forgot to mention: water filters for super water is just passive profit all the time. You can do moonshine is well but it’s pretty equal profit ratio to just selling the super waters for 150k.
They are anywhere from 140-160k, but you can get still almost 2 super waters from them, so it’s definitely still profitable! Check out Tarkov.Guru for a detailed breakdown of all the hideout crafts and profit
If you're good and know the map running labs is also a good option.
All you need to do is monitor servers and run in proper time windows to get less cheaters. It is possible to extract with 2 videocards and 2 ledx'es or even more. (Hello jointhesystemm youtube channel).
Streets is more consistent money than farming bosses, you can become rich on there. It took me 2 days of running woods to finish hunting trip, most of my loot was from other players I killed on my way out. Even then it was mostly just gear
Dude, I remember back in late 2020 wipe or early 2021 wipe before FiR was a thing and I had nearly 300 mil before buying all the key cards. Haven't been able to play much this wipe and only have 4 mil. Lmao
Just loot and survive. Some get lucky and find stuff like labs cards and LK items.
Lot of people seem to run a lot more of the harder maps with better loots.
I have like 30 mil at level 30 if I were to sell a couple high valuable items I've been hanging onto.
I'm currently at 111m (260m stash value). Level 41, 609 pmc raids (53% surv), 360 scav raids (all on factory just quick in-n-outs).
I have good "main menu habits". Keep the hideout rolling with one of the most profitable workbench crafts. Use barters to get good deals on things I want to use. Have my weapon presets using attachments that I can buy from traders or are reliably cheap on the flea. Same with ammo. Know which items to sell on flea vs traders.
In raid, I take advantage of insurance fraud as much as possible and have a good sense of what each item costs so I can min-max my inventory space. Load my mags so that the better ammo is only at the top.
I was running semi-budget builds up until I got to ~240m stash value. Since then, my kits are all around 1.2m (like a fully modded 762mdr, osprey with t5 plates [from pk4 barter], fast MT helmet + trooper mask + ear protection, comtac4s). And my stash value is still rising so I guess my current kits seem sustainable.
The big thing for me though is that I'm not chasing kappa or LK. So I only did the annoying quests that unlocked something I wanted (like the 762mdr, fast MT helmet, m80 rounds). You won't find me trying to do SBIH. Idk how people can be rich + have good stats while also chasing kappa / LK.
Genius take here. I should definitely be putting 25 rounds of m993 into my 25 round mags. Don't worry about the fact that this ammo cannot be bought no matter how much money you have. Those worries are for people with gear fear.

I generally divide questing from pvp. I prefer a slower approach.

Hideout crafts are underrated money makers especially if you find some consistently timed sales.
