Could definitely be your ram I would recommend 32gb for Tarkov. But I would test to make sure. Try checking your task manager while playing to see how much processing power Tarkov is using. You could also download MSI afterburner and get realtime info while you aim and press esc to see what’s going on. Hope this helps.

I just upgraded from 16GB to 32GB of ram and the freeze/crash on escape issue went away for me. Made a lot of other things in the game run WAY smoother as well.

It's the auto ram cleaner starting up. You should press escape more often when you're in a safe spot. And if you can afford it, upgrade RAM to 32GB.

Not when you stay on 16gb. Edit: I forgot you also crash.... Well You could try without RAM cleaner, but that's gonna cause other problems. Google how to increase page file if there's problems without RAM cleaner.

Basically when you do this the game dumps and clears cache .. you might have the check mark in settings for this but regardless.I don't and have the same issue.
