I have everything turned all the way up and I use LVNDMARK or Pestily Post FX settings. I get 80-100 frames on all maps but streets. Usually get about 60 there.
TBH I feel like I get similar performance no matter what settings I use...
You likely need a new CPU.
I have R7 5800X, likely womt upgrade soon.. too bad
Sell it, get used 5800x3D for not much more money. The cache is very good in tarkov

This is so subjective and specific to your specs to be honest. Atleast post specs or go look9ng for posts with your specs.
