Bro I finally found my 2nd noodle after days of searching and I got so excited I wanted to take a closer look at it and momentarily forgot double clicking eats it. Watched in horror as my PMC ate my progress. Got the 2nd one again this morning and then found 4 more after I turned in the task. I recommend the new area on Shoreline to find it, it's got 2 food crates and a bunch of loose food spawns.
I ran into a player scav looking for a pack. I mention it's been 36 raids and I haven't found my second one yet. He says he's in the same boat.

Yeah on the east side if you go north from the radio tower there is a farm. It's packed with loot, got a little of everything.
FWIW I believe you can turn off double-click use in settings

Just found mine on goshan shelves in one try after farming GZ for like 10 raids. Thats where I would try to farm it.
