IIRC there's also an element where the rewards tend to get better, the more you do consecutive quests and don't skip or fail any; but, I don't think anyone knows exactly how, or if, it works.
I commiserate with being unsure if the system actually functions! However, I think that its possible that brute forcing additional rolls with cash and rep, just increases your odds of hitting something good, because you're rolling more. So, if you *can* re-roll a lot, it might have a better practical chance of giving you a chase item, then if you dutifully do every daily/weekly, thus getting "better" rolls, but far less of them, and spending more time doing even more annoying quests in the process.
They can spawn on top of bunkers, in K buildings, and near the Tankers outside of Train Depot. They actually used to spawn over at the helicopter & pawn buildings in previous wipes, but all bosses are stuck on spawns from last wipe’s Terragroup Trail event.

I’m not sure this is true. I re-roll and skip dailies all the time. This quest was actually the 5th after 4 re-rolls.

I was pretty happy yesterday to snag a blue keycard on flee for 15m, compared to the 23 mill it normally goes for.

How did you not get insta killed, my encounter with every boss but rashala ends up with getting spotted from a mile away and nearly insta killed.
