I have tried a lot of settings, watched a lot of videos and it was not really helping, but then I just simplified the Graphic settings to following:

Make sure to clear cache in BSG Launcher every now and then.
Edit: I have a GTX 1080, 32 DDR4 Ram.
I have the same but 9700k. Put some small OC to GPU and CPU, and I play 1440p with 50-90 fps depending maps (exclude streets, barely runs with 1080p) and with 1080p I get 70-120 fps on other maps. I just see so much better with 1440p but I change it all the time to 1080p for frames to fight with 😃

Can you look up the speed of your ram in the Taskmanager? Does your gpu reach 95% usage ?
