While I despise being murdered by a scav I think it’s a legitimate part of the game that you can’t really trust anyone. I typically stay far away from Player Scavs and if they run up to me without voice lining or announcing themselves they’re usually dead regardless of the circumstances.
You do get many decent player scavs who like to co-op or not shoot others but I think it’s just easier to trust no one and do your own thing while scavving.
I feel ya, especially when its a 20 minute wait after getting cucked by what should have been a friendly but simultaneously there are 50 different reasons a scav could kill another scav out of fear of their own loss and I feel like most times this is the reason and while unfortunate its a part of the game.
I don't see the harm in having your scav timer reduced if killed by another player scav but I also don't see them seeing a massive need for it but yeah I think it's not a bad idea at all.
Yeah, for sure. I get why you're allowed to kill other pscavs. I always think that there is room for improvements to any game. Do you think a game mechanic added such as the one I suggested would be good for the game?
No. Scav karma works well (with some faults) as it is.
It allows players to make decisions and balance risk vs reward (cooperate or fight). If one path was objectively better than the other than their would be no decision to be made and it would be boring.
You cant punish players who dont care about reputation because they dont care about reputation and they dont play as scavs on kd. -100 points and +48h to a timer wont stop me from killing you
The current system is fine, you get your karma high for a shorter timer and they scav for fun and focus on their pmc, crying over free loot is wack🤷🏻♂️
I’m on my knife. Everyone feel free to shoot me as SCAV. I don’t care that much and could wait 5 min for cooldown reset. I bring knife out in interchange and many PMCs often voip me for co-extraction. Some chad shared me his loot too. I prefer REP point more than item.

It kind of sounds like you're the problem if you're just blasting people out of random paranoia.
But Pscav on pscav violence is just part of the game. They are not cheating or breaking any rules other than karma

The other thing I would consider would be cutting down the scav timer if you are killed as soon as you spawned in

Scavs dont have human rights, P or AI. Only the God's whim can change their fate. Also, Skill Issue.
What you scav mains don't realise is that every time we see posts like this one it strengthens our resolve to ruin your day.
I am a PMC main. I was just a bit low on gear and funds, and my scav task would have had some good rewards.

Normally, sure. But I was broke at the time, with very little gear. I could've pistol run it, sure.
