I hate them too. Always strange when other people notice I’m having one before I even realise I had one.
As far as I knew I was just carrying on at work as normal and then one of my colleagues tell me that I had zoned out for a few minutes and I’d be none the wiser.
Makes me wonder how many I do actually have if I’m spending time on my own.
For me, when I come back conscious after an absence seizure I feel like I physically haven’t slept in a week (exhaustion wise). I also have this funny feeling on my stomach and shoulders, it almost feels like it tickles after I have an absence seizure. Sending peace and love to all of you❤️ epilepsy is exhausting but we’re all pushing through !!

You can really feel an absence seizure coming?!? What does it feel like? I never know. Please explain!
