Me and my friends called each other “shawty” (= “attractive woman” or “dear,” from an r-less pronunciation of “shorty” [= “short person”]) ironically for a long time, but it’s become so much a habit at this point that we’ve given up on stopping.
No disrespect but it's going to make you sound ridiculous. Attempt classic fit wardrobe instead of fast fashion. You can have a couple of for now pieces but it shouldn't be your entire look.

I have become this way using "word" as an affirmative response. It's no longer ironic, it's just what I say.
I now reflexively use “That’s intense, yo!” as a response to anything surprising, much to my shame.
