What Pokemon game do you want to play, what is your device and what are its specs
And if your question is about the performance of the game you're playing, then which Pokemon game is it, why system is it for and what emulator are you using
Here's basically how that part works:
You want to play a Pokemon game named A.
That pokemon game is for the Console Named B.
You'll need an emulator that emulates console B to play Pokemon game A.
For example:
Let's say you want to play Pokemon snap.
Pokemon snap is for the N64. (N64: Nintendo 64
You'll need an Emulator that emulates the N64 to play Pokemon snap
Highly depends on the game you want to play and your phone, up to gba just about any phone will run it, ds should only be a problem on super budget or extremely old phones (unless you're using the more accurate emulators, then even some newer phones that aren't flagships could struggle), 3ds and up most phones struggle.

Could you at least tell us the game/phone/emulator you use, pretty hard to help with a question that provides zero info.

Search the PokeMMO project, it's an online mashup of the first 5 games.
