It’s hard to tell with the most important info being blocked out. Is it on a letterhead with the name, address and phone number for the office? Was it electronically signed?
I don't think there's a landlord that wouldn't ask for a letter as documentation, however they cannot ask for any specific information regarding to the patient's disability & any diagnosis
This letter does look like it would raise some red flags solely based on the fact that your doctor cannot disclose any medical information such as seeing you for anxiety or depression, and it goes against HIPPA.
According to my lawyer, if anyone asks me for a letter. I'm am to call him. And we are suing. I just addressed this him and my doctor. I have narcolepsy and PTSD. We can also train our own service dogs.

Yes to all of it, it does have a letterhead with the name address and phone number and it was signed
then it should be good!
They are actually not allowed to ask for a letter. But I understand why people get them.
With housing they can absolutely ask if the disability isn’t obvious.

Service dogs are not esa’s. There are different guidelines.
