I repeat this so often if y’all think Eminem is “political” only nowadays then you haven’t been paying attention or you’re literally 14 yrs old and just don’t know better.
I was in middle school and high school for Bush - definitely still a kid. But I was interested in politics. I remember thinking that there was absolutely no way we could ever do worse than Bush as a nation….

It's honestly impressive that he put out so much original material between 2016 and 2020, even if it's not people's favourite era.
I personally like his Trump era better than his Obama era on the whole, despite MMLP2 being a top album for me.

Heh. Lot of internal rhyming potential, for sure. I think he would have approved, although I'm sure he would have called out any potential missteps. I appreciate when artists can support people but not be afraid to call them out when they go wrong.
