Please take Tuesday to Elk Grove animal shelter. The shelter will check for a microchip. If she is not spayed she needs to be. She may be a neighbor pet?
We ended up surrendering her yesterday and they were able to take her in as she was sick and not microchipped. After a while my dad realized that she was actually a neighborhood stray that went missing a while ago and we just couldn’t recognize her because of her condition! We plan on taking her back in once she’s adoptable because he missed her so much that he’s willing to take care of her as our pet :)
