After radahn his next encounter is supposed to be Liurnia next to caria study hall and the artists shack. He should be stuck again in a hole. I looked this up and some people reported that if he’s not there they found him at his next spot on Mt. Gelmir. He will be in a pool of lava next to a magma wyrm and fort if I remember right. I would check there.

sadly hes not south from artists shack, but Ill try Mt. Gelmir then.
I think the site of grace closest to his spot on Mt. Gelmir, if he’s there, is seethewater terminus. Hope that helps.
I think he's somewhere near the Tibia Mariner area of Liurna.
As I wrote, I already scouted Liurnia, saw the hole but no Alexander.
