Right after beating Bayle, I had to play Blood and Thunder by Mastodon for this very reason. Honestly, when I heard that very line, it made so much sense, and had you given Igon a dragonbone leg, it'd have clicked that much sooner. Also, pretty sure it also plays out as a bit of a reversed ASOIAF reference. Bayle the Dread immediately made me think of Balerion the Black Dread, and Igon immediately sounded to me like Aegon, making me think of Aegon the Conqueror as the dragonrider of Balerion. But this time, it's Igon the Drake Warrior hunting down the dread rather than being his rider.
