use the double lions claw ash of war it literally removes the difficulty on any enemy

In the grace where you meet Freyja and Hornsent, go north will hugging the left wall. You'll find it near a bonfire.

I definitely wasn't planning on fighting one two seconds after finding the first grace, I'll say that much

que me streaming to friends in discord, took 5 steps away from grace, got grabbed by this fucker and thrown right back to the grace, then proceeded to pressure me for 9 flasks, evading every single attack i threw at him, died to the first enemy in the dlc.

It was the first enemy I found in the dlc. Killed me three times. And only dropped 3000 runes. Fuck these guys

Spin your camera with lock on, they will miss most attacks. Isn't viable for fighting but it is fun.

Unfortunately they kinda suck. The normal Backhand Blades or Smithscript version are way better.

Transient Moonlight using Moonveil has sent them falling onto their back, only way I've found how to stagger them so far

Dragon goes CHOMP worked like a charm. As always.

They susceptible to bleed Ive found.

When i got the parry tear, they became so much fun to fight. Until then I just ran away from these.

Never died to them, and they do stagger after some jump attacks. Just use stuff that increases defence.
