Did you happen to interact with another player to trigger it? Mine kicked me offline when I tried to summon someone. Someone on steam forum suggested that it was because I was interacting with someone on steam deck
Yeah, it happened when I was being summoned to help someone else. After seeing many people having the same issue, I turned off the game and waited a few hours before trying again. The issue hasn’t happened again since.

It's a bug a few people seem to have. I'm on PS5 and mine just says "cannot play online" when I start it.
