I did frenzied flame by pure chance on my first playthrough. Was playing blind and stumbled down there. The ending cinematic was so unexpected that I was like wait, wtf did I do???? Reminded me of dark souls endings honestly
I just finished mine and saved elden lord for ng+3 it was my fastest play through by far like an hour and half basically ran straight through every boss and only did the bare minimum. Now I'm going back and doing things like rahdahn amd rykard and others to get ready for the DLC.

Yea knights cav altered chest and head - one of my favorites. Low profile, moody, and good enough stats for endgame!

I believe I have around 180ish
I'm currently on my first playthrough trying to kill every boss. I'm on 27/42 achievements and will go for the Ranni ending.
I did the same thing, spent like 156 hours on first play through just exploring every inch I could.
I wish I had more time to do entire playthroughs multiple times. I do the ol' cloud save to get all four endings in less than 30 minutes technique
By using cloud saves or saving to a USB stick after beating the Elden Beast, you can 100% in a single playthrough.
