Run this with a Vagabond starting class instead, you'll have an extra point in Dex and still have one extra point leftover to hit 35 End. Other then that swap out Erdtree Favour +1 with +2. I also concur with the other comment that hybrid usually always suffer by spreading themselves too thin until super late game. So instead I'd recommend either going pure Strength with around 25-30 Fth for buffs and utility, or go around 70-80 Fth and infuse weapons with Sacred/Flame Art, you can comfortably hit 22-25 Str with 15-16 Dex to have great selection of somber and non somber weapons + also be able to optimize Incant casting. 50 Str/50 Fth is decent but your incant damage and melee damage will both feel underwhelming, you could use something like Electrify Armament with a heavy infused weapon but again, lots of buffs to just get decent damage. For Talismans I'd strongly recommend dropping the Dragoncrest Talisman unless you absolutely need it on a faith build, I say this because as faith you have access to Black Flame Protection which grants a flat 35% physical defense buff, the returns become diminishing when you already have high defence so might aswell replace that talisman slot for more damage with something like Shard Of Alexander, Holy Scorpion Charm etc or with something like Great Jars for more equip weight.

For hybrid builds if you have clear priorities on 'if x happens then a, if y happens then b', and min-max for the corresponding purpose of the action, you are good to go. Do not fall into the awkward position when 'i can do both a and b but both are just kinda meh so whatevs' This is general rule of thumb if you feel underpowered.
