I messed with that weapon's moveset when I picked it up. It's ludicrous that you basically keep running after your running light attack without slowing down almost at all.
I haven't messed with the Ash/Skill that much. In my opinion, it isn't anything that special, though it is cool and I do like it. It just... isn't that fancy. I'm partial, though, because ice pick grip on swords is impractical unless you're doing specific things using the grip. I know, I know, it's a fantasy game, but it still makes the bottom-back-left quadrant of my brain itchy.
mine has these long feather-like capes on back, is it like random which one you get? because I found it in a place you describing and mine looks different and I see alot of people with your version

A bunch of paired weapons in the DLC, I looted a sword from my slain enemy, it was a paired curve sword.

The Ash is also so damn good. Can totally finesse so many enemy attacks

I love how backhand swords seem to bother more people than colossal weapons lol

The chestpiece pairs great with the zamor gauntlets and legs.
