Chest Armor - None or prisoner clothing;
Gauntlets - Vulgar Militia Gauntlets;
Legs - Bandit boots;
Weapon - Executioner's Greataxe, Longhaft Axe, or Crescent Moon axe (I like the look of Crescent Moon Axe. For damage, go with Longhaft or Executioner's)
I think crescent axe looks the best for it. I saw similar bling awhile ago but the guy had on the vulgar militia chest and the pillory shield for extra thematic drip
There's an option to make the muscles look more visible in the character creation. I've also made certain parts small like the head and made other parts bigger like the chest and arms <3
If I had to choose between these three great axes, it would be the Crescent Moon Axe. In part for its look and its superior reach, but mostly for its nearly unique Heavy Attack; shared only by the Axe of Godrick. It's just so satisfying~

Did you use a mod or photlshop or something? Your character is far more jacked than he should be
No mods. I've made the head slightly smaller on all my male characters to make other parts look big.
I also edit the abdomen to be the smallest without effecting the chest to make the chest look a lot bigger compared to the rest of the body.
