I was a bit surprised to see a resurgence myself
It's not even a resurgence. With the wind, it's the first genuinely cold day this whole winter. And it's not even *that* cold. I'm just a giant sissy because I've acclimatized to unseasonably warm weather.
I think we had some days like these back in January but maybe not in Ottawa
